JEE Main mock test

30 questions, 60 minutes and +4 / −1 marking, on a screen that works like the real NTA exam. Then a full breakdown: score, accuracy, time per question and worked solutions.

  • 30 questions
  • 60 minutes
  • +4 / −1 marking
  • Physics, Chemistry, Maths

Read this first

  1. 30 questions in three sections: 10 each in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Each section has 8 single-correct questions and 2 integer-answer questions.
  2. +4 for a correct answer, −1 for a wrong one, 0 if you leave it. Integer answers carry the same negative marking, as in JEE Main.
  3. The 60-minute clock starts when you press Start. The test submits itself at zero.
  4. An answer counts only after you press Save & Next or Save & Mark for Review. Moving to another question without saving drops your selection, exactly like the real exam.
  5. Mark for Review & Next only flags a question. If you have not saved an answer, nothing is evaluated.
  6. Options are shuffled on every attempt, so a retake tests the physics, not your memory of the letters.

Is this the full JEE Main paper?

No. It is a 30-question practice paper, 10 each in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, timed at 60 minutes. The real JEE Main paper has 75 questions in 3 hours. The screen, palette colours and marking work the same way.

How is it marked?

+4 for a correct answer and −1 for a wrong one, for both multiple-choice and integer questions, as in JEE Main. Unanswered questions score 0. A question marked for review counts only if you saved an answer.

What is the difference between Save & Mark for Review and Mark for Review & Next?

Save & Mark for Review saves your answer and flags the question, and that answer is evaluated. Mark for Review & Next only flags it, so an answer you have not saved is not counted.

Can I pause the test?

No. The clock runs like the real exam. If your browser closes by accident, your answers stay on this device and you can resume from this page.

Are these past-paper questions?

No. All 30 are original questions written in the JEE Main style across high-weightage chapters, and each comes with a worked solution.

Where are my results stored?

Only in your browser, on this device. Nothing is sent to a server. The backup button in the study toolkit includes your mock attempts.

Submit the test?

Time left: . You cannot change answers after you submit.
